LikedIn my opinion, this is the best 5 star hotel in BGC/Makati area. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by the entire concierge team and check-in was seamless and personalized. Our king suite room was fancy, elegant modern with traditional theme. The bed was firm and comfortable, luxurious beddings and toiletries walked-in closet with double sink and free standing bathtub with city view. The free breakfast at Mireio exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable and the food from the menu was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located to Glorietta malls and restaurants. The hotel staff are all amazing provided world class service and top notch hospitality. We literally could not find anything wrong! If you want to experience luxury stay here. You won't be disappointed.

LikedI liked the hospitality of the staff. Very respectful, and they were always willing to assist. The bathroom was very spacious. Room service was fast and efficient, and the checkout was easy.
DislikedI chose this hotel because it listed the room was equipped with a washer and dryer inside the unit. There was no washer/dryer in my room, but it was an option for laundry service instead. Limited on English speaking channels on the t.v. Suggest upgrading to a smart t.v. if possible for the enjoyment of all travelers. I'm not sure if it was coming from the carpet or something else, but the hallway had a bad smell to it. My room was the last room at the end of the hallway so I had to smell it all the way there.

LikedThe concierge and reception staff was very polite, kind and always eager to help. I really liked the fact that they were smiling all the time, it gave a good vibe to the place. The afternoon tea was good, but the taste and quality of the sweet treats accompanying it was awful. The savoury treats and the scones were not bad, however.
DislikedThe breakfast at the 9 floor didn't meet the expectation, the pastry was extremely low quality and the rest of the food didn't meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The worse thing at the hotel was the AC in the restaurant and common areas. In the 9 th floor restaurant it was so cold that most of the hotel guests were wearing jackets and cardigans during breakfast time. When we addressed the issue, we were brought a blanket.
