This was my first stay at the Peninsula. I was very impressed with my stay; it was relaxing, and everything from service to the food and staff was excellent.

One of the best staycation in Metro Manila. Love the swimming pool, nice & clean. Breakfast was awesome.

After traveling outside of the city, we were ready for the comforts of home. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were immediately greeted by staff before reaching the front desk. The busy grand lobby will filled with live classical music and patrons. Front desk clerks were friendly, professional and efficient with check in. The lobby, elevator and hallways are all clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The high standards continued to the room. Our clean, spacious room had 2 twin beds with comfortable linens, desk, and sitting area with 2 chairs. The bathroom was also luxurious with a large soaking tub, separate shower and toilet room. All comforts of home in a clean space. Staff is always attentive and professional. Encounters with front desk staff, concierges, bell and door staff, housekeeping and bar and restaurants were all warm and pleasant. Dined in the lobby, bar and main restaurant. Food was delicious and servings were generous. This was my second visit and I’m happy I returned and didn’t try another hotel. I will definitely return.

LikedThe staff is excellent from the door person to the gym, shower areas
DislikedThe gym could be bigger although I like the Lifegitness machines We like firm and comfortable beds. The beds in our room are somewhat older, although still acceptable .
