LikedThe location made it ideal to get coffee, go shopping and see local street vendors and attractions like the botanical gardens. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional as was the service. Thank you Carlos!

DislikedWe didn’t find out about the spa services until our last day. The A/C unit in the Firenze room got quite noisy.

LikedIdeally located on a mostly pedestrian street. Staff very helpful with bookings and travel suggestions.

LikedIt is a palace style hotel with exceptional service Rooms are huge snd comfortable Suite room on the ground floor was not so good but management changed to another room one floor up The terrace is incredible

DislikedWe liked everything about the hotel and staff. But the neighborhood was noisy at night with rooftop entertainment going on. That had nothing to do with the hotel but the noise was a factor in our sleep.
